Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “User”, or “you”) and Edgewrapper Technologies Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, or “us”), governing your use of the WrapUp platform located at wrapup.live and all associated subdomains, APIs, connectors, and software tools.

2. Provisioning & Tenant Workspace

When you register, WrapUp creates a segregated tenant workspace and allocates dedicated orchestration resources. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, verifiable corporate registration and contact credentials.
• Maintain the confidentiality of administrator access keys and tenant authentication tokens.
• Promptly notify WrapUp of any unauthorized access, breach, or compromise of your integration credentials.

3. 15-Day Free Trial & Subscription Terms

WrapUp offers a 15-day free trial for commercial packages and connectors. During the trial period:

• You have full access to package automations, bundled modules, and standard execution quotas.
• You may cancel at any time prior to the trial expiration without incurring any charges.
• Upon trial expiration, unless cancelled, your account converts to the selected commercial billing tier as agreed at checkout.

4. Third-Party Connectors & External Rate Limits

WrapUp facilitates bidirectional automation between your tenant workspace and third-party services (such as Amazon SP-API, Flipkart, Shopify, Meta, Delhivery, GitLab, etc.). You acknowledge and agree that:

• You must possess valid, active developer or seller accounts on the respective external platforms.
• WrapUp is not liable for service degradation, account suspension, or API rate limit throttling imposed directly by third-party platforms.
• You grant WrapUp the necessary operational permissions to authenticate and transmit workflow payloads to your connected endpoints.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime

For active commercial and enterprise packages, WrapUp commits to a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA for core orchestration pipelines and event processing engines, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced at least 48 hours in advance.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Data: You retain all right, title, and interest in and to your business data, product catalogs, customer records, and confidential business logic.

Platform IP: The WrapUp core runtime, workflow orchestration engine, layout builder schemas, and UI components are proprietary intellectual property of Edgewrapper Technologies Private Limited.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
